November 24 - 25 - Asian Logistics & Maritime Conference
The core mission program is to participate in the inaugural Asian Logistics & Maritime Conference’s optional site visits on November 24 and the main conference on November 25. The major objectives are to facilitate the delegates to meet and discuss with leading players in the supply chain and logistics (SCL) sector about the developments, trends and opportunities in the dynamic Asian market, in particular, China’s 12th Five-Year Programme. It is suitable for participation by Canadian SCL solution providers, 3PLs, distributors, freight forwarders, port authorities, shipping companies, terminal, storage and warehouse operators, and rail/intermodal operators and land transportation operators, as well as importers & exporters and business advisory firms. Every year, HKCBA members and Section Presidents gather together at the National Board Meeting to share views and discuss added value towards members' benefits. The "Hong Kong Family" Dinner is a get together for HKCBA members and our "Hong Kong Family" partners in Hong Kong in an informal setting to mingle and network. November 29 - 30 - The 12th Hong Kong Forum
This Forum is exclusively for HKCBA members and their HK Association counterparts from around the world. The Hong Kong Forum is the annual flagship event of the Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide, a global network with over 11,000 members from the 33 Hong Kong business associations located in 24 countries. Members from around the world the latest insights and information on doing business in Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland. The programme ranges from panel discussions and thematic workshops to topical addresses, networking sessions and face-to-face communication with senior executives from Hong Kong and around the world. December 1 - 3 - World SME Expo (Hong Kong)
This Expo provides a platform for services providers and international exhibitors to showcase their services to over 30,000 SME visitors from the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and the region. It also helps the participants to network and explore business partnership. It presents a full spectrum of business opportunities and solutions ranging from China Opportunities, Overseas Opportunities, Financial Services, IT and E-Business, China Trade Strategies, Start a Business, Business Intelligence, Business Support Services, Legal, Accounting, Consulting, Marketing and other trade support services for SMEs. There will be a Canadian Pavilion at the Expo for Canadian delegates to use it as their anchor meeting area and to meet visitors and potential clients.
